welcome to 010
2009 was an interesting year for goodluck/badluck. we released two badmammal albums (desobrigamento and community music center) and an album by The Gimps (nothing new for trash like you), got to work on an exciting new iphone app called soundtrkr, lost both our apartment heaters but gained one back, shot a video for comfortable secret by the gimps, planted a roof garden (tomatoes, cucumber, kale, chard, spinach, arugula, peppers, rosemary, and basil), wrote a Gimps EP to be released this winter (the gimps – e.p.), played pirate cat radio (badmammal live set and the pilot episode of above and below), made another fictional restaurant, did some remixes (the metermaid’s “nightlife” and murder mystery’s “the world“), and a bunch of other things i’m sure. We hope to bring you more media/projects/info in 2010 and thank you for keeping your eyes and ears tuned to what we’re doing.
